Stanislav Jakubek cb1f1c7d38 dt-bindings: mmc: sdhci-sprd: convert to YAML ...

Covert the Spreadtrum SDHCI controller bindings to DT schema.
Rename the file to match compatible. Drop assigned-* properties as
these should not be needed.
