Trond Myklebust af22f94ae0 NFSv4: Simplify _nfs4_do_access() ...

Currently, _nfs4_do_access() is just a copy of nfs_do_access() with added
conversion of the open flags into an access mask. This patch merges the
duplicate functionality.
