collecting display patches and merging them into msm-next with me
handling the gpu/etc side of things.  Summary of interesting new bits

* dpu + dsi support for qcm2290
* 10nm dsi phy tuning support
* bridge support for dp encoder
* gpu support for additional 7c3 SKUs
* assorted cleanups and fixes
