This pull request contains iwlwifi features and cleanups. Notably:

- Bump max core version for BZ/SC/DR to 106.

- Drop core101 support and remove TLC config v4/v5 compatibility code.
- Fixes:
        Fix PCIe write pointer detection
        Fix STEP_URM register address
        Remove unneeded WoWLAN warning
        reduce NIC wakeups during dump.
