Peter Zijlstra af01296145 lockdep: BFS cleanup

Some cleanups of the lockdep code after the BFS series:

 - Remove the last traces of the generation id
 - Fixup comment style
 - Move the bfs routines into lockdep.c
 - Cleanup the bfs routines
