Ilpo Järvinen faf0e1b5d8 serial: tegra-tcu: Use uart_xmit_advance(), fixes icount.tx accounting ...

Tx'ing does not correctly account Tx'ed characters into icount.tx.
Using uart_xmit_advance() fixes the problem.
