Paul Burton 3315b6b336 MIPS: Delete unused flush_cache_sigtramp() ...

Commit adcc81f148 ("MIPS: math-emu: Write-protect delay slot emulation
pages") left flush_cache_sigtramp() unused. Delete the dead code.
