Gil Fine 322ff701ff thunderbolt: Increase NVM_MAX_SIZE to support Intel Barlow Ridge controller 
Intel Barlow Ridge discrete USB4 controller has larger NOR Flash, hence
increase NVM_MAX_SIZE to support it.
