Helge Deller daaeb6f8d3 [PARISC] stifb: Fix framebuffer console at 32bpp ...

Fix stifb framebuffer console at 32bpp on a HCRX-24 card
by properly setting DIRECTCOLOR. Also a few nice cleanups
to the code.
