Jean-Baptiste Maneyrol 0ecc363cce iio: make invensense timestamp module generic ...

Rename common module to inv_sensors_timestamp, add configuration
at init (chip internal clock, acceptable jitter, ...) and update
inv_icm42600 driver integration.
