Damien Le Moal faa44c69da block: Fix REQ_OP_ZONE_RESET_ALL handling ...

Similarly to a single zone reset operation (REQ_OP_ZONE_RESET), execute
REQ_OP_ZONE_RESET_ALL operations with REQ_SYNC set.
