Ilpo Järvinen fdcb63afd3 selftests/resctrl: Add resctrl.h into build deps ...

Makefile only lists *.c as build dependencies for the resctrl_tests
executable which excludes resctrl.h.

Add *.h to wildcard() to include resctrl.h.
