Replaces the hand-rolled release workflow (deprecated create-release@v1, three targets, draft prereleases) with the cargo-dist pipeline used by xleak and doxx: six targets, shell/PowerShell installers, Windows MSI, and automated Homebrew publishing to bgreenwell/homebrew-tap, plus publish workflows for Scoop, AUR (lstr-bin), and WinGet. Adds dist-workspace.toml, RELEASE_CHECKLIST.md, issue templates, and the cargo-dist/release/aur/wix metadata in Cargo.toml. release.yml and wix/main.wxs are generated by dist 0.30.2 (verified with dist plan); the checklist documents that crates.io publishing stays manual and the first AUR/WinGet submissions need one-time setup.
