Problem:    Matchparen only uses the topmost syntax item.
Solution:   Go through the syntax stack to find items. (James McCoy)
	    Also use getcurpos() when possible.

	    never.
Solution:   Add the 'fileignorecase' option to control this at runtime.
	    Implies 'wildignorecase'.
