a94a0555d9 runtime(python): Highlight f-string replacement fields in Python 
Highlight f-string replacement fields, including

- Comments
- Debugging flags
- Conversion fields
- Format specifications
- Delimiters

Syntax inside fields will be addressed in a separate commit.
