c84212a97d Calendar: start new events in Mail's sending account (#3017 )

The event editor, drag-to-create and the quick event box all put a new event on the first
editable calendar, whichever account it belonged to, so with several accounts a meeting could go
out from an address the user doesn't send mail from. They now start on one of the user's own
calendars in Mail's "Send new messages from" account (core.sending.defaultAccountIdForSend),
passing over a calendar someone else shared into it, and fall back to the first editable calendar
when that account has none or no sending account is set. The calendar can still be changed in
the editor.
