Fini Jastrow 92a27e0716 Noto: Add concrete versions in fonts.json ...

[why]
We do not have the concrete Noto verion(s) in the fonts.json file, and
its contents is displayed on the nerdfonts.com download overview.
So it is missing there and no easy link to the readme (which has it)
is available.

We already have some fonts with two different version numbers in one package,
so the jump to three is not much maybe. In fact the package should be
split into several smaller ones, but that is for a major release because
it breaks existing installs.

[how]
Add version numbers and separate by " / " (with blanks).
Unify that separator through other version numbers.
