Côme Chilliet 842b3f9e0a fix(files): Fix FileInfo['path'] situation 
Previously $fileInfo->getPath() and $fileInfo['path'] would return
 different things. The [] version was not consistent, being sometimes
 relative and sometimes kind of absolute, and sometimes plenty wrong
 (like when used from occ commands, because there is no user in
 session).
So this is always returning absolute now.

Ferdinand Thiessen a96406086c fix(FileInfo): correctly implement \ArrayAccess::offsetGet 
We are targetting PHP 8.1+, since PHP 8.0 `offsetGet` has the `mixed` types for `offset` and return value.
So this adds the types to correctly implement the interface.

Côme Chilliet 5ad045619c View needs to return an instance of OC\Files\FileInfo explicitely 
Applications are calling methods from the class which are not from the
 public interface, and which cannot be added easily to public interface
 because Node interface extends FileInfo.

Carl Schwan 940b5e8f0a Fix metadata extraction 
The metadata extraction only happens when the size is not equal to 0,
but due to a regression in FileInfo the size is always zero.

This fix the regression.
