Carl Schwan b6313f68d3 perf(s3): Expose pre-signed urls for S3 
This is faster than going back to nextcloud to download the files.

This is an opt-in setting that can be enabled by setting
use_presigned_url in the object store config.

Additionally add support for the proxy config which is needed in a
docker setup. See https://github.com/juliusknorr/nextcloud-docker-dev/pull/431

Adrian Brzezinski e107519295 Large Object support for OpenStack Swift. 
Until now, you wouldn't be able to create
objects larger that 5GB.

It's somewhat related with pull #18883

Adrian Brzezinski 354c0996d8 It's a fix for issue #14116, 
Improves efficiency when downloading files from Swift storage.
Before, files were downloaded and then pushed back to user.
That behaevior causes all kinds of performance problems.

Now, files are streamed directly to user.

Apparently the if statement doesn't work in all cases (even if I could
not reproduce it). So for the time being we will just not directly
stream to swift.
