c92a0e4152 Normalize directory entries in Encoding wrapper 
Directory entry file names are now normalized in getMetaData(),
getDirectoryContents() and opendir().

This makes the scanner work properly as it assumes pre-normalized names.

In case the names were not normalized, the scanner will now skip the
entries and display a warning when applicable.

caff1023ea Format control structures, classes, methods and function 
To continue this formatting madness, here's a tiny patch that adds
unified formatting for control structures like if and loops as well as
classes, their methods and anonymous functions. This basically forces
the constructs to start on the same line. This is not exactly what PSR2
wants, but I think we can have a few exceptions with "our" style. The
starting of braces on the same line is pracrically standard for our
code.

This also removes and empty lines from method/function bodies at the
beginning and end.

0ff83f7230 Do not allow folder creation with quota of 0 
Fixes #4577

Users with a quota of 0 are a special case. Since they can't (ever)
create files on their own storage. Therefor it makes no real that they
can create folders (and possible share those etc).
