John Molakvoæ cc5da87f09 refactor(dav): serve share types, sharees and share attributes through node attribute providers ...

SharesPlugin keeps the move and copy checks. The share-types and sharees
properties move to SharesProvider with the same share manager calls: a
node gets the shares the user created and received, the children of a
listed folder get the shares in that folder. share-attributes moves from
FilesPlugin to ShareAttributesProvider. A test checks that WebDAV and
the serializer give the same values.
