Most of Action::log()’s normal logging path is already exercised indirectly; its main uncovered behavior is the defensive/error handling and date conversion.
This adds a dedicated test class for date formatting and missing-parameter logging, including parameter obfuscation; it doesn’t need to duplicate the already-tested happy-path formatting elsewhere.
