OC\Preview\AVIF became a default provider and OC\Preview\AVIFImagick and
OC\Preview\JP2 became opt-in ones, but the provider lists in the sample
config still described the set from before them, so an admin reading it
had no way to learn the two new opt-in providers exist.

The AVIF pair also needs a word of its own: two providers answer for the
same mimetype, and which of them can decode depends on how PHP and
ImageMagick were built on that particular server.
