John Molakvoæ c150a73f71 feat(reference): tell what the user may do with a linked file ...

The preview of a link to a file builds the file from its rich object, and
offers what the user may do with it. Without its permissions or whether a
share forbids downloading, it has to assume the file can be read and
downloaded. Send both, under the names the file rich object defines.
