Carl Schwan e1063b4069 test: Run CombinedTest and DIIntegrationTest ...

Both files were named *Tests.php, so PHPUnit never picked them up, and
their constructors passed the class name as test method name, which made
PHPUnit error when running them directly.

Rename them to *Test.php and drop the constructors. DIIntegrationTest
also needed updating to the current DIContainer API: it now requires an
OC\Server and query() is no longer public.
