John Molakvoæ 9ac8738df5 feat(mimetype): recognise JPEG XL files ...

There is no jxl entry in the mapping, so an uploaded photo is labelled
application/octet-stream, which keeps the viewer from opening it and
leaves it without a name in the file list. A repair step relabels the
files already stored under the wrong type on upgrade.

The integrity check fixture is regenerated and re-signed, following the
procedure written in the test that reads it.
