Ferdinand Thiessen 3801d30a76 fix(files_external): initialise S3 caches directly in Amazons3CopyTest 
AmazonS3::initCaches() does not exist on stable32, so invokePrivate()
silently did nothing and every test errored with an uninitialised
$objectCache. Set the three private cache properties via reflection
instead.
