Cleanup, attach copyright during code generation for specialiations
...
* This also enhances the formatting for almost all files by making
leading and trailing new lines more consistent.
* One C file turns out unused, was probably a left over.

Fix, absolute imports are default for Python3.2 as well.

* Also made programs test cases syntax correct for Python3, need to
handle failing absolut import meant as local imports later.

Added test case for import of some module that cannot be predicted (yet).
...
Use the new "--recurse-directory" option for that test to include the
package even if it couldn't be determined.
