* Checked "except*" handler bodies for "return", "break", and "continue" that escape the block, raising CPython's "'break', 'continue' and 'return' cannot appear in an except* block" error. * Allowed those statements in nested functions, classes, and loops, and limited the "return" check to function scopes, so module and class bodies still get "'return' outside function". * Added basics coverage for the allowed nested scopes and syntax tests for each of the three rejected statements.
