* Added "ExpressionRuntimePath" nodes for paths relative to the running
  program directory.

* Added hard import nodes and specs for "os.path.join" and for the
  "importlib.resources.open_binary"/"open_text" functions.

* Added a generic "CALL_FUNCTION_WITH_ARGS" helper with a vectorcall fast
  path and use it for "print" and "zip", with "BUILTIN_ZIP" now taking
  the iterables array and count rather than a tuple, avoiding the
  intermediate tuple object.
