Kay Hayen 7ec698e800 PGO: Added support for detecting class dictionary shape ...

* Introduced a more flexible format that will allow us to capture
  run-time values and use that to capture "__prepare__" call
  results.

* If it's a dictionary, we can optimize that statically or at
  least benefit from the knowledge of the type shape that is
  not as hyper unpredictable as unknown mapping kind is.

* Added a JSON dump for PGO information collected.

* Cleanup for IDE only declaration of prepared constants, the
  old code was manually maintained and ugly, now it's more
  obvious it's relatively fake.
