* The payload now starts with a table of contents, so unpacked files can be validated (checksums, sizes, symlink and executable flags) without decompressing the file contents. * The "--onefile-as-archive" option is now deprecated and has no effect, it approximated the effect for not decompressing file contents, but did not achieve caching. * The file is no longer checksumed, we encode the CRC32 in the mtime and assume it's not changed if it matches.
