Kay Hayen 4a3ca38b9a Tests: Added shared coverage helper ...

* Moved coverage command wrapping and publishing into
  "nuitka.tools.testing.Coverage".

* Normalized SQLite coverage data in the database as newer coverage
  uses it.

* Reused the new helper in the CPython comparison, optimization tests,
  and the test runner.
