* The plugin no longer restricts itself to executable modes, and when there is no unique main program, e.g. in module mode, a program to run for the recording probe can be given with "--source-inclusion-main=<filename>", e.g. a script that imports the package and runs typical operations. * In module mode, the recorded source hook is installed before the top level module body runs, since there is no compiled "linecache" to hook, and in other modes it is installed when "linecache" is loaded, as before. * The "dash" package configuration now advises enabling the plugin when "dash.long_lived" callback managers use "inspect.getsource()" for caching, which fails for callbacks defined in compiled modules, and mentions "--source-inclusion-main" for module mode.
