Kay Hayen b7fe5e9858 Distutils: Fix, project expected data file checks with ignored and extra files ...

* Data files that Nuitka ignores by default, e.g. "py.typed" or ".pyi"
  files, are now removed from the project expected data files before the
  comparison, since project configuration lists them, but they are never
  included and would otherwise be reported as missing.

* Extra data files that come from explicit user options, e.g. an
  "include-data-dir" setting, are no longer treated as a mismatch, so
  only missing expected data files cause an error now.

* The uv pyproject example test covers both cases, adding an ignored
  "py.typed" file and an extra asset directory included via
  "tool.nuitka" project options.
