* Added specs and generated nodes for more built-ins, i.e. "open", "print", "sorted", "reversed", "enumerate", "zip" and "memoryview", which now go through the hard import node machinery, replacing the manually written "open" nodes of before. * Built-in specs can now provide a call "simulator" and example arguments for the call matching, and keyword arguments that the built-in does not accept are rejected, e.g. "sorted(iterable=...)" or "zip(iterables=...)". * Hard import and built-in reference node classes are registered in the new "HardImportNodes" module and used by the generated node classes, with the children having mixins and the specialization templates regenerated, and the C helpers and code generation adapted.
