Kay Hayen 9f83620518 Plugins: Enhanced "source-inclusion" plugin to record source files ...

* The plugin now records source files by intercepting "linecache.getlines"
  during the probe run, rather than the results of "inspect.getsource", so
  that "inspect.getsource", "inspect.getsourcelines" and
  "inspect.findsource" are all working.

* Plugin report data now receives a function to make paths report
  friendly, and the "tk-inter" plugin provides the detected source
  directories.

* Plugin cache contribution values no longer need to contain the plugin
  name, it is added automatically for the values that are provided, and
  the function is supposed to return an iterable now.

* Also plugins with no contribution enabled or not, no longer change
  the caching key for a module as a result.
