isInitialized is a property, not a method, fixing a compile error.
Restore the missing refs/heads/main loose ref in the empty-store
fixtures, without which git can't recognize them as valid bare repos
and cloning fails. Make PersistenceController's repositoryURL
injectable (like storeURL already was) so forUnitTests() can point it
at an isolated temp directory instead of rescanning the real
device-shared password store.
