Rebase the passforios patches (gopenpgp helper.go additions and the
go-crypto EncryptedKey MPI getters) onto upstream gopenpgp v2.10.0 and
go-crypto v1.4.1, published as v2.10.0-passforios and
v1.4.1-mssun-passforios on the respective forks.
