Kazuki Yamada 208f800439 feat(browser): migrate from webextension-toolbox to Plasmo
framework

  - Replace webextension-toolbox with Plasmo v0.90.5 for modern
  extension development
  - Migrate content scripts to src/contents/github.ts with Plasmo
  configuration
  - Move background script to src/background.ts
  - Consolidate manifest.json settings into package.json manifest
  section
  - Update build scripts to use Plasmo commands (dev, build,
  package)
  - Add support for Chrome MV3, Firefox MV3, and Edge MV3 targets
  - Remove deprecated webextension-toolbox dependencies
  - Update .gitignore for Plasmo build outputs (build/, .plasmo/)
  - Preserve internationalization support with assets/_locales/
  - Maintain cross-browser compatibility with proper
  browser_specific_settings

This resolves the maintenance issues with the outdated
  webextension-toolbox
and provides a modern development environment with hot reload and
  TypeScript support.
