Enable per-worker runtime selection between worker_threads and child_process.
File collection workers now use worker_threads for better I/O performance,
while CPU-intensive workers continue using child_process for memory isolation.

- Add WorkerRuntime type using Tinypool's Options type
- Update createWorkerPool and initTaskRunner to accept runtime parameter
- Configure file collection workers (fileCollect, globby) to use worker_threads
- Keep other workers using child_process by default
- Add tests for runtime configuration
