Kazuki YamadaandClaude Opus 4.6 160a19a4c4 perf(core): Pre-initialize security worker pool before file search

Overlap secretlint module loading (~150ms) with file search (~300ms) by
creating the security worker pool and triggering a warmup task before the
search phase begins. This follows the same pattern used for the metrics
worker pool (tiktoken WASM pre-loading).

Changes:
- Add createSecurityTaskRunner factory to securityCheck.ts
- Refactor runSecurityCheck to accept an external TaskRunner via deps
  (skips internal cleanup when externally provided)
- Thread the pre-initialized TaskRunner through validateFileSafety
  using the overrideDeps/spread pattern
- Create and warm up the security pool in packager.ts before file search
- Clean up both metrics and security pools in the packager finally block
