- Add alwaysApply and inclusion fields to base.md frontmatter
- Create symlinks for Cursor (.cursor/rules/base.mdc) and Kiro (.kiro/steering/base.md)
- Update .gitignore to allow .cursor/rules/ directory
- Enable rule sharing across multiple AI coding assistants
- Fix trailing whitespace in base.md
