Kazuki Yamada d020d0d3d5 feat(docs): Add AGENTS.md symlink for agents.md compatibility 
Created AGENTS.md as a symlink to .agents/rules/base.md to support
the agents.md format specification. This allows AI coding tools
that follow the agents.md standard to automatically discover
project-specific instructions and guidelines, complementing the
existing CLAUDE.md setup.

The symlink approach ensures both files stay synchronized while
supporting multiple AI coding agent formats.
