seem to be the case. Adding observation directly to
`@PresentationState`, as we have done with the beta so far, can break

pointed to a potential leak of the `Store` when it was executing an
effect. This PR allows cancellation to properly propagate during
deinitialization, and ensures that async effects don't strongly capture
the store.

When a store is initialized with presentation state that is already
presented, we use a flag on `@PresentationState` to determine if we need
to integrate the `\.dismiss` effect to allow the child to dismiss
itself.
This flag currently stays `true` for the lifetime of the presenting
feature, which means if a parent re-presents a feature after dismissal,
the `\.dismiss` effect will fail to do anything when called from the
child.
This PR ensures that the flag is reset to `false` when a presenter
detects that a child feature has been dismissed, fixing this bug.

Currently, `BindingViewStore`s can only directly derive
`BindingViewState` for a view state struct, and then the view store can
derive a binding and use dynamic member lookup to pluck out a field for
a view. This means potentially exposing view state to far more state
than necessary.
To prevent this we can add dynamic member lookup to the binding view
state itself, which allows a view state struct to chip away any state it
doesn't care about.
