Make ViewStoreTask.cancel synchronous ( #2282 )

Currently, `ViewStoreTask.cancel` works like `TestStoreTask`, where
it'll cancel _and_ await cancellation to complete. This is needlessly
limiting, and probably not what you want when interacting with
cancellation.

Fixes #1812 .
This regression was subtle, but it's better to retain the old crashing
behavior than introduce this change since it's been with the library for
a very long time, and we have workarounds like `ForEachStore`.
We'll try to re-explore these subtle binding behaviors in the future.

Rename ViewStore.suspend(while:) to yield(while:) ( #1151 )

The naming of `ViewStore.suspend(while:)` was inspired by
`Task.suspend()`, which was deprecated and renamed to `Task.yield()`
long ago. Let's do the same here and call it `ViewStore.yield(while:)`.
