Supports semantic version strings. .PARAMETER PinnedBuild The toolchain snapshot to build the early components with. .PARAMETER PinnedSHA256 The SHA256 for the pinned toolchain. .PARAMETER WinSDKVersion The version number of the Windows SDK to be used. Overrides the value resolved by the Visual Studio command prompt.
