John Hui 3fede2bc46 [cxx-interop] Use SFINAETrap to guard __convertToBool() synthesis ...

Perhaps overly defensive, but guard against spurious errors that Sema
might throw during __convertToBool() synthesis. For example, we
previously did not handle the scenario where the derived CXXRecord has
an unreachable definition but its inherited operator bool() was still
reachable.

With this guard, unforeseen Sema failures bail gracefully rather than
tank the compilation.
