Henrik G. Olsson f2d929982c [Swiftify] chain nullable base pointer when not unwrapped ...

In a recent commit we stopped unwrapping baseAddress when not necessary.
This unintentionally introduced an error in macro expansions for
`__sized_by` with typed pointers, where we call
`assumingMemoryBound(to:)` on an optional pointer.
