Introduce SWIFT_EMBEDDED_PLATFORM_ABSTRACTION_LAYER_TRIPLE_REGEX as a
per-triple analogue of SWIFT_USE_SWIFT_EMBEDDED_PLATFORM. When a
triple's module string matches the regex, its embedded stdlib and
Concurrency library are built with -D SWIFT_USE_EMBEDDED_SWIFT_PLATFORM
(Swift) and -DSWIFT_USE_EMBEDDED_SWIFT_PLATFORM=1 (C++), and the
`swift_embedded_platform` lit feature is set for that triple. The two
options are OR'd together, so the existing global switch keeps its
current behavior.
